PLATFORM & ARCHITECTURE

Feature detail, component flow, ERP integration & deployment
↳ Features

Real product flows, not abstract AI promises.

Each module supports a concrete planning decision: forecast demand, order stock, assess suppliers, detect anomalies or automate routine work.

Optimal order placement and inventory control

Generate and track optimal ordering plans based on safety stock, reorder points, pricing rules, supplier constraints, warehouse structure and business strategy.

  • Industry-standard safety stock and reorder point algorithms
  • Combinatorial optimization for ordering and stocking decisions
  • Customer-specific criteria, constraints and optimization strategies
  • Multi-warehouse and multi-currency planning

Highly accurate demand forecasting

Predict demand across products, locations and horizons. Monitor model performance, compare forecasts and include external factors such as market signals, weather or known campaigns.

  • Point and probabilistic forecasts
  • External data assimilation to improve forecast quality
  • Backtesting and forecast performance monitoring
  • Customizable forecasting horizons and periods

Anomaly detection, impact assessment and prioritization

MyIO continuously monitors trading plans and operational signals, identifies anomalies and routes high-impact situations to the right people or roles.

  • Impact assessment for detected anomalies
  • Resolution prioritization based on impact and effort
  • Customer-defined thresholds
  • Alerts triggering and routing to designated roles

Campaigns and situation tagging

Connect demand changes with known business events. Tag past and future situations to understand their impact and prepare operational plans before the demand shift hits.

  • Promo actions and sales campaigns
  • Ad hoc and rule-based tagging
  • Campaign planning support
  • Future scenario preparation

Supplier reliability estimation and BOM

Analyze supplier behavior, cost volatility and supply availability risk while supporting hierarchical BOM structures tailored to each customer.

  • Supplier lead time and cost volatility analysis
  • Supply availability risk assessment
  • Supplier anomaly detection or prediction
  • Hierarchical and customer-specific BOM management

The FloxgenAI project, developed by DNAi s.r.o. in collaboration with the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at ČVUT, simplifies working with the human genome by leveraging state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (so-called “foundation models”). These models operate similarly to popular language models, but instead of processing words, they understand DNA code. The platform enables laboratories to implement these complex technologies in everyday practice without the need for in-house IT specialists or dedicated supercomputing infrastructure. The entire system is designed to ensure maximum data security and full compliance with strict regulations, while presenting analysis results in a clear and understandable format. FloxgenAI thus acts as a bridge between cutting-edge scientific research and routine medical diagnostics, helping to uncover information hidden within our genome more quickly and accurately.
