The task
BellaDati builds IoT data analysis software: one platform with everything an IoT solution needs, from collecting device data to storage, analytics and ready-made apps. Its users in Japan include Honda, which runs two monitoring solutions on it.
- Lawn mower monitoring. Tracking and operating results, maintenance alerts, theft alerts and remote control of products with IoT devices installed.
- Heavy equipment monitoring. Machine vibration and position data are analysed and visualised to detect abnormalities and prevent theft.
A platform like this is never finished. As devices, data volumes and requirements grow, it has to be developed and modernised continuously.
What we do
DNAi’s engineering team works with BellaDati on the development of the platform and the data and AI layer behind it. Device data arrive through the IoT collector over HTTP, MQTT, WebSocket or UDP, are stored in big-data storage and cubes, and are turned into embedded analytics and apps.
On top of the data sit the models: anomalies in vibration, signs of wear and unusual movement become maintenance alerts, theft alerts and tasks for service teams.
